The Welding Process of ASTM A335 P11 Pipes 02
The welding qualification records(WQR) for ASTM A335 P11 seamless pipes shall be made in accordance with ASME Section IX and JB 4708. It covers tensile test, bending test, impact test and hardness test for the base metal, welding seam and heat affected zones. Meanwhile, the microstructure of base metal(A335 P11), weld seam, and heat affected zone shall be illustrated.
