Monel 404
Designated as UNS N04404, Monel 404 (also known as “Alloy 404”) is a nickel-copper alloy which is used primarily in electrical and electronic application. Similar to Monel 401, the chemical composition of Alloy 404 is carefully adjusted to provide a very low curie temperature, low permeability, and good brazing characteristics.
